Marketsurfer's bold gold proclamation

Yet when he was exposed as a liar when he claimed he never used C2, you ran to his defense.

Maybe since you now see the light, you can explain why all posts by respected ET members exposing surf as a liar were censored and deleted. Maybe you can explain why you felt the need to run to his journal and defend him. We all make mistakes, be a man and be honest. I know at the time alot of long time ET members were pissed because they don't like to have their time wasted ie their posts deleted.

Rowshan,

Posts in Surf's Journal that were insulting and derogatory were deleted. A user's journal is his/her sanctuary where they should be able to post any views they deem necessary without harassment. That's my take, anyway.

Every other thread/forum is fair game for open interrogation. Speaking of which, why is it you never answered your incorrect call in the trading forum?

Except my thread called How to help an Alzheimer patient? that got quickly deleted although I didn't even name Surf in it. :)

Come on Surf, start a system so we can actually credit you with some good trades...

As I recall, Pekelo actually defended surf against EPrado on the surf report.

I happen to be a fair guy and an equal opportunity offender. I offend unfair people...

Early? He shorted crox @ $48, and doubled down @ $54. Crox then went over $75.

Are you saying that any real trader would lose 33% on his position and continue to hold it? Maybe, if it was a simulator trade.

I give surf zero credit for crox. He admittedly got stopped out and never re-entered. How can you possibly say he "nailed it"?
Yeah, right......"over 75" for about a nanosecond. Many others held their shorts. And the results were magnificent. I can't tell from the chart, but CROX looks like it was really close to ZERO in Dec 2008. 79 cents ? Wow, this was a 100:1 "move". EPIC in all ways. Could Gold be the next CROX ?

P.S.: I don't expect an apology for accusing me of setting the account up
He absolutely, positively owes you an apology Pekelo.

As I recall, Pekelo actually defended surf against EPrado on the surf report. So Pekelo began in surf's corner by defending him, and to me it speaks volumes about surfs true character that he then so maliciously turned on Pekelo when pushed into a corner.

Do I get a cookie for finding this link?

I think the mods should close this thread when gold trades 1000.10.

Which should be within the next 12 hours..........
surf will beat them to it and ask for this thread to be closed and deleted much like his infamous C2 account.

Do not close this thread! I count on this thread for my ET entertainment.

But surf DIDN'T. He admittedly was stopped out @ $63 and that was it. Pull up the thread and look.

Please.
THAT'S NOT THE POINT.
Surf's DIRECTION was perfect.
His stop placement was NOT.
End of discussion.
Quit the bickering.

Please.

Sorry, real trading is all about timing and discipline.

You don't get brownie points for being right after you get stopped out. At least not in the real stock market. I've never had a brokerage firm reimburse me for being right after the fact.

Funny--your name is the first thing I see when I click the link. This suggests bias.

His direction was far from perfect. Sorry, but when you put on a trade, then get stopped out....then down the road the market goes your way does not have anything to do with a perfect call.

So are you saying if I buy the Sp at 800, it goes down to 666 (get stopped out), then rallies months later after I get stopped out I had the right directional call?

That is a rather insane way of thinking and has zero to do with good trading.

If Surf was so sure about this call he would have waited for some kind of confirmation instead of stepping in front of a freight train. His bottom/top picking strategy has been a disaster.
