Marketsurfer says-- BOTTOM IN, time for longs!

Quote from Anaconda:

I assume you're using your celibate lifestyle as a comparison to make that statement?
LOL, not by a long shot, that observation stands on its on merit. :D

Quote from Anaconda:

Don't make surf out to be more than he is. He is a financial writer (with some great stories) ...
Yeah, I've read some of his stuff, and I actually like it.
Quote from Anaconda:

... who happens to know wealthy individuals through his family & that social circle. He then helped direct their money toward niche funds. That's how he made (and makes) some good money.
So IOW, he's Head & Shoulders above the guys who directed their clients money to the Bernie Madoff's of the investment inner circle.

Thanks a lot bro, I appreciate the support, I really do. :)

Quote from Anaconda:

He is not a trader nor an analyst.
Nor are the majority of people who post here, including your running mate Rennick.

Quote from Anaconda:

He is a writer & commentator.
No argument there.

Quote from Anaconda:

He is quite eccentric, for lack of a better word.
He has a unique market view, which I've commented on myself ... but in this case, oh, what has the market done since his call?

Yep, thought so.

Quote from Anaconda:

Most of the criticisms are spot on. His calls are notch above stock_turder's, at best.
?? His calls are nothing like stock_tra8der's.

Quote from Anaconda:

I actually agree with this call, I'm waiting for a nice pullback from the lows, in order to place a good short, it's overdue There will be a rally, CNBC will be crying that the bottom is in, all the pompous yuppie bozos will think everything is dandy and recession is over.
Once again, thanks for the support.

Quote from Anaconda:

Then we will see the real pain.
Hope not, but you're probably right ... only time will tell.

Quote from William Rennick:

Stop farting around on your computer and mind the to go window at BurgerWorld. I'm sitting out here in line in the stretch limo and just know know the reason for delay is because you are making another blah blah post on ET. Put on the headset, drop the frys and get your ass in gear JJ.

Rennick out:cool:
ROTFLMAO

Great one Renny, btw, how has The Ball been doing.

Failure

and

Success

You'd probably be better off flipping a coin before taking your daily paper trades and posting on ET. :D :D :D

The one you and your hoard of jackasses said was failed was actually a winner. Stop bullshitting to make a point and concentrate on the unstocked bathrooms, and fish filet you are about to burn. The damned thing is floating listlessy, lift up the basket before someone calls a complaint into the 1-800 number. If you get canned at BurgerWorld you'll have to go back to having mommy reloading the blown out e-trade account.

Rennick out:cool:

Is it me, but the huge volume of comments at MarketWatch.com have more substance than on these threads!

Even the mainstream masses are learning to call things the way they really are. Not so here!

Perhaps this site should have the function to rate each post and similarly list for each thread the highest for all to see. Sort of weed out the narcissists' deafening banter.

pay$ense

FWIW (lol): It's not likely "Baron" will make any added features. The Copyright date below hasn't even been changed.

Sounds like a real catch. Wish I could meet her.
Too late Annie. Surf's spoken for! :D

marketsurfer: Errrr... a Bottom in the Dow! A Bottom in the Dow!!

[Dow tanks and makes new lows into thin air]

marketsurfer: Errrr...A bottom in the Dow!! A Bottom in the Dow!!

[Dow bounces hard after crashing]

marketsurfer: I am a trader/analyst.

As Kurt would have said... and so on.

Vonnegut is the master.

Give surf credit. He nailed the bottom!

As far as I can see he only called Dow bottom once before at 7777. 2 attempts and he nails it. Not bad.

While surf's call was certainly timely, let's not forget that the pop was essentially attributed to Citi's unexpectedly favorable earnings news and nothing else. So, then, was surf's call just pure luck because of this one-trick pony move, or did he have inside info?
