Markets halted! Could be precurer to war with North Korea!!!!!1111

I have just ordered 3 east european hookers and plenty of blow for the weekend.

When it all kicks off and those ruskie thermo nukes cook me at 100 million C, I will at least be enjoying myself.

Wow the Markets are halted, looks like NYSE etc.. is preparing for world war 3 once we initiate war with NK this Saturday.

Good to know by getting this early warning, We are headed out right now to an underground shelter we bought in Wyoming. Hopefully things will not escalate but it looks bad now that the market is closed. Better to be safe and be underground in a safe shelter.

Anyhow headed to Wyoming, in a a few hours thanks to Flexjet and being able to charter a jet out of the Tamiami airport(TMB).

Good luck.

Whatever you're smoking...I want some too. :D

Stay safe! Hopefully Kim Dong Dung doesn't have a MOAB of his own aimed at your underground shelter. I am hearing NYSE may even stay halted until the 17th so you may want to pack some extra beef jerky and Spam! Not sure why you are worried about the market though. If it is WW3, ammo and spaghettios will be what we are trading not stocks.

Depends how many markets you follow. There is also a world, and markets outside of the US you know. And people from another religion not always know about Eastern.

U.S. markets have more than enough action to keep me busy. I take a break when they do. And I generally find hypertraders who follow the "always a market to chase somewhere" mantra don't do very well.

I agree, but I know traders who have no clue about the holiday calendar of the US. Although they can be experienced it does not automatically mean they know about black friday, and all the rest.
I am European and never heard, before I started to trade, about Martin Luther King day, President's day,Memorial day, Independance day, Columbus day, Veterans day...

Popped open the hatch I saw sunlight and people milling around I asked if the nuclear war ended and they looked at me funny. Turns out it was all a false alarm, just a holiday.

Sorry. False alarm.
