2 of them are "black" holidays.

That's 20% of the off days for 12% of the population.

Kind of like collectively tv commercials feature 50% black actors.

That's not equity, that's inequity.

Race is overrated.
Real life doesn't make sense, but, rather, this faux perception of Politics. You have to appease louder, seemingly more powerful, groups.

70% of new movies...have mixed-raced couples. I hate that, cliche cool, PC sh8t.
Everything is about money, that's the bottom line. You have to do what's good and cool and hip for business...or your business, public, perception image.

You rarely see this all white, older, square, conservative-looking, Republican couple....as if that's so evil and wrong nowadays in modern era.

I agree with the original intent of this thread that we don't need another reason
to close the market because some political obscure teenth no ones ever heard of bullshit.

Its a fucking bank holiday..other countries have double the number of holidays we have. Every other week Malaysia is.closed for something. I think we will survive .

After all, we celebrate a holiday for an Italian who never set foot on the lands that became this country..at least Juneteenth covers an event in U.S. history

That's the equivalent of our Christmas. But China's productivity is 10X of ours so they can afford to close a few days more.
