Anyone use them? Having problems with their backfill. Doesn't work. Also, email to them not getting through. Takes 7 or more attempts.

Has there been some sort of change of ownership/management with them?
 
there shouldn't be any issue with email. They usually reply in minutes. Check your FROM email and make sure that the replies are not being filtered (constant problem, particularly with hotmail and yahoo accounts)

Their server is returning data, so its not a datafeed issue. Please let me know the specific version of the software you are using and whether or not there is existing data at the time you are doing the backfill. (PM me)
