Marketsurfer has been disrupting ET for years. Here's a post by URF from just a few minutes ago disrupting the Automated Strategy Development section of the forum. Follow the link (in the quote below of surfs new alias @fon) and view elabunsky's video in the 1st post. Make sure you increase the resolution to 1024. Surf is trying to discredit a profitable HFT strategy that's flipping directions every second.

That would be a curious reason to ban him. He's a veteran trader with decades of experience, yet was always generous with his time and insights when newbs sought his counsel on style of trading, types of edge, TA versus fundamental, etc. That seems like exactly the sort of mentorship chatboards would hope to foster.

We have to consider context here. How many people were reading it on their laptops while taking a dump instead of the resident Dilbert joke book. The entire thread was certainly deserving of the toilet paper award.

oh yeah surf is funny, but consider the fact he doesn't have sense enough to avoid words such as "braindead" which can be misconstrued as a subliminal quasi death threat.

Who knows what surfs really thinking? I asked him what he meant by "braindead" but he's not responding. Imagine for a moment ...surf has a visual image or representation in his mind of u or I being "braindead". I would like to know exactly what image he has in his mind.

This is a very wise post. I just wish the braindead TA'rs would wake up and learn from it.

You have been obsessed with marketsurfer for quite some time, which is fine, but before you go off making claims best that you have some proof (and fon's dislike of TA or use of the word "braindead" does not constitute proof). There is no I.P. match and the new registration is from a country on the opposite side of the world. Could all this be faked? Of course, anything is possible on the internet. But before you carry your preoccupation further (as you have in this thread and the Surf Report) best that you take a breath... and find some proof to support your allegation before stating it as fact.
