I agree with the first part of your comment... but the unknown is whether the war premium is priced in or not!

wrong. amazing how it tanked right when the statue came down. buy the rumor.........
 
buy on rumor sell on fact... bought it when everyone saying theyre taking down the statue they sold on the statue coming down once it became fact... if you do not like that scenario, go with this theory, everyone thought the market would run up when the statue came down so technically that means do the opposite as the gen.pop...
