Market Scanner for Finding Rapidly Moving Intraday Stocks?

I’m looking for an intraday market scanner that can find the most active stocks over the last 10/15/30 minutes. By most active I mean the stock that has made the greatest move, so if a stock has moved 10% in the last 15 minutes it would be found by the scanner. I’d also like to be able to enter a minimum price and volume and preferably be able to filter by market.

Does anybody know of a market scanner that has this facility?

I will like to know the answer to this also. Anyone know?
I've heard about VectorVest real time & tc2000 but I haven't used them so I don't know how frequent or fast it scans...does anyone here use these? Which one do you use..how is it? other good scanners out there? thanks in advance

Watch the 6th & 7th up from the bottom. And fifth down from the top.

It wont set the world on fire but it can do what you want if you're looking for a true scanner and dont need to start from a pre-made watchlist.

If you already have a watch list, then there are several depending on your budget.
