I have CQG with Market Delta on an API feed

Market Deltas' presentation of MP is pretty good

The cost might be steep for some at around $195 per month and the API from CQG is around $90 if I remember correctly.

Sierra Charts would do for the basic.

Value Zone trading. runs on Ninja and Tradestation - they charge a minimal yearly fee. And the traditional TPO is a lifetime for less than most charge for 1 month.
