he is an australian guy that does a subscription report that includes the S&P 500 and the 10yr notes. you can get a free trial of his report for two weeks, he also has some educational downloads. The CBOT also has a massive manual you can download for free, its about 8mb i think. Go to there site and look under market data on home page and follow links
