Market Participants of FX??

% wise what market participants really move foreign exchange prices the most? is it business for trade, governments, speculators etc... ?

i've read in the past before that international trade for goods has affect the price movement the least.
 
The largest participants have to be banks (central, commercial, etc...) in the form of swaps. Contrary to popular belief, most forex transactions are done for hedging purposes.
