Market On Open question w.r.t. NYSE and IB Twsdde.xls

Hi All

I read in Investapedia, that from 09:28 to 09:30, for the opening auction of a stock in question, that the NYSE publishes the stock forecast price uncrossing every 15 seconds.
Does Interactive Brokers publish this info? Can it be accessed in the TWSDDE.xls spreadsheet?
