It seems like a macro software if watching few yt videos about it, it would surely be possible to save websites from rss feed using macros, but reliability can be problem.

I am already developing RSS feed client with included web scrambler + compression methods for data, as coundnot find any AIO solutions that suit all requirements.
 
RPA lets you directly automate your mouse and keyboard and also react to the screen. Reliability can be an issue but no worse than an entry level employee. Some other upsides are low cost, low code and platform independent. I have my own app if you wanted to give it a shot.
