Market Manipulation - Within 20 Y.o Video Game

I used to play that game, and if you did too between 2001-2007 it’s more than likely that I Pk’ed you (lol noob) or manipulated the price of your abyssal whip.
I think, i was farming some npcs at one point, that had a rare chance of abyss drop. Never dropped it tho.
The only time, as a noob, with full mithril set & rune scimy, i went to wildy, lvl 34, some other newb tried to lure me, and 2 of his friends came out of nowhere. Their cmb lvls were, (the best part) :
30 melee, 14 mage and 9 range.
Busted all 3 of em. (Laughs). One was asking for forgiveness, but, ,,no prisoners" policy back then.
Never ,,pked" after that. Wasn't my thing. Was more into gambling, bots & GE trading(fliping), bit of scamming (for few days, after i got scammed), then drop parties for others etc.
Eventually, while bored & gambling, blew out my 200M bank in 2 deals.
All of it, 10+ years ago.
P.s.
Surprise but RS reached paid membership acc all time high in 2020. I thought the game was dying.

It is more likely you attempted to PK me but I just casually opened a town portal & went thru it. Sorry!
During that period, I was more into simple rpgs that were created using the player worlds engine.
Probably some of you have heard of such games if you came from the same era.
