Does anyone know if there is a way to find out which stocks market makers are registered to trade? I am mostly interested in the OTC BB and pinks. Also if there is a way to see if they have sponsored any stocks in the past

If I understand you correctly, you are looking for the individual behind the firm making the market in that stock??

If you call the firms agency desk, and get someone stupid enough to tell you who that person is; then yes, you can. It may be tough enough to get their agency number.
