Swing is predictable means it is more predictable when compared to market's predictability.

Momentum is precisely predictable means it is more precisely predictable than strategies that lack time factor or the time factor is not well imbibed.

When we know the difference between noises and patterns in the chart then we actually start predicting.

Basically trading must be based purely on chart analysis and nothing else.

Its a mess to mix trading and external factors like news & events, functional analysis, etc.

This is where a professional trader differs from an amateur.
