Market Depth

I don't have an account with IB so how could I get a feed on Market Depth for INDU and/or YM04M?

Any guidance on accessing Market Depth gratefully received.

Any comments or observations on the uses and value of Market Depth would also be very interesting.

This is not ethical, but you could make your rounds on the free platform demo's.

There's no such thing as market depth for INDU - it's just a cash index (arithmetically derived) and isn't a tradable instrument.

No not usually with the YM. CBOT graciously promotes their free quotes to compete with EEEuuuurrrrrrrrrrexxxxxxx.
