Market depth on IB

I am trying to move away from E Signal for a few reasons.

I am struggling with this on my market depth page. Please help if you can.

I want to highlight certain share amounts via different colours. There is an option, but for the life of me I can't get it to work. Is this possible?

e.g TSLA 100 shares will show green, TSLA 10,000 shares will show red etc etc.

Hi Trading poker, if you find that IB does not meet your needs, we might. This is Lightspeed Trader with L2 and I put in 5 levels. Not much to see at this time of day, but colors are easy.

Hi, that window is the Time and Sales window, you are probably looking for the BookTrader window.
There you can see a better view of the market.

You can get this window from the "new window" menu
