Looking @ when we run out of buyers or sellers in an up/downtrend, are you just picking logical areas of S/R for the reversal on say a 5 min chart?

Already at 12:40 am et and 816 hit which was may target for the > 824 entries but here's a new problem that I can't trade the SPY at this hour!:mad:

Not just SR,.For example in a downtrend you look for a rush of sell orders with no buyers around.
Then, when the sellers run out of ammunition, there will be a pause and the price starts rising and then the buyers kick in.
Watch your red & blue vol bars I mentioned...

Dang... it hit 810 zone and back to 24 now and I couldn't take profit....although more often than not the after hours lows are revisited during the day but, I must rethink using SPY for this exact problem....
 
there's a nice 821 target also that I'll short for if reach 36 are.
also i can see long targets at 840 and 875 areas. I'll probably put them on in the same 816 zone.

We are very clearly discussing trading strategies here and has NOTHING to do with a Journal!
A Journal is about listing one's trading activities including the Balances of the account etc and not trading strategies and monitoring their outcome and changing and adjusting them as necessary.
Check out the posts and you'll see every post by the audience except for the ones made by the vandals is discussing trading strategy.
So put this thread back where it belongs in the Trading zone and get your act right and promise yourself you won't let the Hooligan Vandals with hidden agendas to Manipulate you so easily in the future.
