Market Breadth Says This Is The Real Deal

We have been diverging for quite some time, leading me to belive this rally was weak.

Well it looks as if for real. Unless my data is corrupt. The green line is a 10 day simple moving average top smooth things out.

Interesting. When was the last time there was a divergence for so long, and then all the sudden the breadth is there... and what happened after that??
