But if you knew that tomorrow's news may be about a widened trade deficit on lower exports which may cause the dollar to tank sending markets lower and then, at the end of the day, news may come out about possibly Fridays' August PPI declining leading to another rumour that the Fed may consider an emergency rate cut as inflation worries might dissipate causing the markets to rebound into Friday and the next few weeks, perhaps you too could become truly amazing.

Simon check your charts. The prediction for the Dow at 10400 shouldn't now be 10,346 with a low low of 9350 and 1100 for the SP?

and that might not even be this year possibly early next year.

On rumors of Citi going belly up or US loosing AAA rating on its debt.

Well, you were right about news coming out into the close and it taking markets higher but the markets CLOSED POSITIVE by alot not NEGATIVE like you predicted.

AND...just imagine where you'd be if you saw the ES trading below 1220 and you got short big and then kept shorting all the way up in disbelief?? I'd say your paper losses would be quite high right now, ha!

I rode the early rally like I had predicted all the way up to your mamas snatch :)

The BAC LEH .. news in the last 10 mins threw off the close prediction more than I anticipated..
The combination of the trendline with the 20 and 50 ma on the 15... is what gave the support for the super pop into the positive!
I did unload my longs after the 2nd top on the double top.. so I didn't make as much as I could have...

YOU said if we breached 1220, we'd go 200pts lower and accelerating lower into the close. NOW all of a sudden 1220 was bullish for you and you went long!!
