Mark Geragos may defend Scott Peterson

Innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. That's what Geragos does, maintain the ballance between lynch mobbers and the accused.

That's just the law. As it stands right now, Scott is either guilty or is innocent. Unfortunately, the only other person who could tell us for sure is DEAD.

A good attorney can argue any side of a case. That is their job, to present only one point of view. Their job is not to discover the truth.

The truth, the verdict is in the hands of the jury, as they hear both sides, and hopefully listen objectively to focus in on the facts of a case.

I would hire Mark in a minute to defend me, wouldn't you?
