I assume he's trying to be "inclusive" since the anthem doesn't represent all people
supposedly.
In other news... remember what cuban said about 6 years ago..
“I mean, we’re all prejudiced in one way or another,” he said. “If I see a black kid in a hoodie and it’s late at night, I’m walking to the other side of the street. And if on that side of the street there’s a guy that has tattoos all over his face — white guy, bald head, tattoos everywhere — I’m walking back to the other side of the street. And the list goes on of stereotypes we all live up to and are fearful of.”
Just another way of burying dissent. "You can have your protest, of course of course. But only over there, down the street around the block and behind the fence."
Your reply would have been better if you'd said, "I should think not." Give it that little bit of British uptightery.Should you be allowed to protest in your employers workplace while on the job upsetting all the customers that pay the bills? I think not.
Best way to eliminate the protests is to take away the protestor's prop.

This is Cubans cowardly way to prevent players from kneeling but most of the negative reactions I've seen so far is from the right. Not playing the anthem is not good enough for them. They want owners to play the anthem and make the black players stand for it.
I shouldn't have said this, gwb, I apologize. Acid pen meets covid confinement.Your reply would have been better if you'd said, "I should think not." Give it that little bit of British uptightery.
