The other day I found myself thinking about a very simple system I read about in The Hedge Fund Edge by Mark Boucher a few years ago. He doesn't elaborate on it with great detail; I think it aims to be long the top five performing markets globally at all times as defined by:
1. Take 5 lowest interest rate economies
2. Must be above 40 wk Ma
There was some other criteria as well that I cannot recall.
If anyone out there has this book I would appreciate the exact criteria.
