it might. It's not like the GOP goons at SCOTUS ever cared about being hypocrites. GWB has to vouch for his boy Kavanaugh because he went to the mat for him for the sexual assault allegations made during his nomination.
Just out of curiosity, did you happen to listen to the Kavanaugh hearing? If you did, do you recall him being asked something about "Bart" and what his response was. I think Kavanaugh may have perjured himself right there. But I'd have to revisit the hearing to be sure. Anyway, it seems Kavanaugh lacks integrity.

Hearing resumes, Leahy asks Kavanaugh about Mark Judge
The hearing resumed at approximately 4:27 p.m.
Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy asked Kavanaugh if he would want Judge to come forward as witnesses.
Kavanaugh repeatedly interrupted Leahy, saying that Judge has "provided sworn testimony." He added that the allegation was "sprung" on him.
Kavanaugh also denied that he was the "Bart O'Kavanaugh" named in Judge's memoir, "Wasted: Tales of a Gen X Drunk." He said that it was a "fictionalized" account.
"You'd have to ask him," Kavanaugh said, when Leahy asked if he was specifically the "Bart O'Kavanaugh."
"I agree with you there," Leahy he said.
Kavanaugh also said some of the yearbook was "farce" and "exaggeration."
The underlining is mine. It appears that Kavanaugh deflected rather than perjured himself. Kavanaugh is "Bart" of course. That's what his drinking buddies called him. (It comes from one of Kavanaugh's teachers having mistakenly called Bret Kavanaugh "Bart". ) So when Kavanaugh said "you'd have to ask him [Judge]." What he meant was, "you'd have to ask Mark Judge, because even though I am the Bart O'Kavanaugh Mark Judge was writing of, I'am not going to admit to it. ) Technically this is not perjury, it's just refusal to answer directly a question for which he knew the answer. If I were a NY Times reporter I would take time to track Mark Judge down. Recall that during the hearing Mark Judge was nowhere to be found, or so it was claimed..

I do recall him perjuring over something. Was Bart the other guy in the room? Despite my dig at GWB, Kavanaugh has surprised w/one or two opinions and Alito is the MVP of hypocrites.
For millions of progressives,blacks and climate voters voting for Biden is something we can not do.We know that means a likely 2nd Trump term but its something we are willing to live with rather than rewarding a 2 faced snake who has repeatedly stabbed us in the back with a 2nd term.
I know about your own "stab wounds", but what weapons did he use to stab blacks and climate voters? This is all new to me, except for your own stab wounds suffered when Baden was unable to get his student loan relief package through. (Maybe you were stabbed by the people that killed his proposal rather than Biden himself.) You may be accusing the wrong assailant.
By the way how much loan relief did Trump give you? Was it a lot more than you got from Biden?
Bart was Kavanaugh's nick name in school. All his buddies called him Bart as a joke. So he knew exactly who Bart O'Kavanaugh was in Mark Judges story that Leahy was referring to. When Kavanaugh was sending out notices of where the next weekend's drinking party was being held he would sign the notices "Bart".

I dont owe any student loans so there was no student loan relief for me.Trump did give millions student loan relief for years when he paused student loan payments.
Biden took that student loan relief away from millions when he restarted student loan payments when he did not have to.
