Dude, you might see if you can get in on that evaluation.

She broke the law in France and the psych test is normal to see if she is capable of understanding how her actions could affect children.

"The other images showed a tank running over a man in an orange jumpsuit, while another jumpsuit-clad man was shown in a cage being burned alive.

The case against her stems from French laws against circulating "violent messages that incite terrorism or pornography or seriously harm human dignity" and that can be viewed by a minor."

As you are not a parent you don't really grasp the idea of not exposing kids to things their undeveloped brains are not equipped to process.

Neither did Marine LePen in her Twitter outburst. She does now.

And are you saying that human history is watered down for children's consumption in history class?

They would have seen through re-tweet. Of which there was plenty. She broke the law of France and did so in a wild impulse I expect.

Remember that in France there are a lot of Arab kids in school, lots of opportunity for bullying and LePen was running for Premier of France. LePen was also cultivating her own "youth brigade"..

Everything is watered down for kids.

How does Poindexter have a higher resolution avatar photo of "Slartibartfast" than Slartibartfast does? Either this picture was pulled off the internet, Poindexter and Slartibartfast are one in the same, or Slartibartfast shared this photo of his avatar with Poindexter because they are friends.

Not a convincing argument. Then everybody who retweeted broke the law, and are they too being psycho-analized?

The implication is that the most upstream originator of the photos is the one to be prosecuted, but LePen is not the most upstream originator.

So the kids are subscribed to the retweeters? The retweeters knew this?
