check out those prices, thats when the $ could buy something, before fairy boys could start a coupon biz and make billions doing something thats been around for 100 years.

of course these are probably a lot cheaper now in absolute terms.

Mine is a CPC 1100, which is an 11" schmidt-cad, much like the 10" scope in that first pic above. I paid about $2,500 for it new, but unlike the ones above, mine has built-in GPS alignment and a motorized mount that keeps any object you want in the viewfinder at all times. No more manual effort just to keep something in view.
