Mar-a-Lago Raided by FBI

FBI Unit Leading Mar-a-Lago Probe Earlier Ran Discredited Trump-Russia Investigation
The FBI division overseeing the investigation of former President Trump's handling of classified material at his Mar-a-Lago residence is also a focus of Special Counsel John Durham's investigation of the bureau's alleged abuses of power and political bias during its years-long Russiagate probe of Trump.

The FBI's nine-hour, 30-agent raid of the former president's Florida estate is part of a counterintelligence case run out of Washington – not Miami, as has been widely reported – according to FBI case documents and sources with knowledge of the matter. The bureau's counterintelligence division led the 2016-2017 Russia "collusion" investigation of Trump, codenamed "Crossfire Hurricane."

Although the former head of Crossfire Hurricane, Peter Strzok, was fired after the disclosure of his vitriolic anti-Trump tweets, several members of his team remain working in the counterintelligence unit, the sources say, even though they are under active investigation by both Durham and the bureau's disciplinary arm, the Office of Professional Responsibility. The FBI declined to respond to questions about any role they may be taking in the Mar-a-Lago case.

In addition, a key member of the Crossfire team – Supervisory Intelligence Analyst Brian Auten – has continued to be involved in politically sensitive investigations, including the ongoing federal probe of potentially incriminating content found on the abandoned laptop of President Biden's son Hunter Biden, according to recent correspondence between the Senate Judiciary Committee and FBI Director Christopher Wray. FBI whistleblowers have alleged that Auten tried to falsely discredit derogatory evidence against Hunter Biden during the 2020 campaign by labeling it Russian "disinformation," an assessment that caused investigative activity to cease.........

The Inspector General wrote his review "found no evidence that the FBI attempted to place any" FBI source in the Trump campaign.[106][107] The review also "found no evidence" the FBI had tried to "recruit members of the Trump campaign" to serve as their sources.[107] Finally, the review did not produce evidence "political bias or improper motivations influenced" the FBI's usage of confidential sources or undercover agents for interactions with members of Trump's campaign.[106]

It also emerged that, according to one agent, one of these FBI CHSs was a Trump supporter, as were the FBI employees who cultivated this source. These FBI employees exchanged text messages supporting Trump in the 2016 election.

This is what I stated before...
  • FBI raid in a red state.
  • FBI raid in a state with a Republican Governor.
  • FBI raid with agents in the raid that are in fact "Trump Supporters".
Now today the CFO of Trump Organization has pleaded guilty to tax fraud along with agreeing to testify against the Trump Organization and against Trump.

Simply, it's starting to look more like "Trump People" turning their back on Trump. I think DeSantis will get an early Christmas present if Trump is criminally indicted for either the N.Y. tax case or the GA election case.

It's time for DeSantis to get on TV to "fake" being upset about what's happening to Trump. Simply, DeSantis's biggest obstacle may soon be eliminated from the GOP Presidential nomination.

Well we have to go back to the night of the election, Trump was winning handily in two northern states, i think Wisconsin and Minnesota. Round about 1 or 2 AM in the wee hours of the morning, the counting stopped. And then, they started running Facebook ads, about 15 ads altogether. After about an hour of these Facebook ads, old white people ran out to the polls, despite subzero weather, and started voting for an old white guy who was much more old, and more white than even Trump. This is when i started to get suspicious. Later on we found out that the Czechoslovakians were the one's who ran those Facebook ads that made all the old white people come out and vote for Joe Biden at 2 A.M. . These were old white people who were going to vote for Trump, at about 4 or 5 AM, but whose vote was influenced by the Czechoslovakians who ran those ads on Facebook. Well, i guess that's fair but then we found out that Joe Biden had colluded with the Czechoslovakians to run those ads, which were particularly potent. After watching those ads for about an hour, all the old white people in Minnesota ran out to the polls, arriving about 2 A.M., like all at once, and pushed Biden over the finish line, just a few votes ahead of Trump. This is why Biden is a completely illegitamate fake president. You can't just collude with Czechoslovakians to win elections. It's against our democracy.

Post your sources please.

tbh I can't tell if you are trolling tongue-in-check, or if you actually believe how ridiculous what you wrote sounds.

"Facebook ads that made the old white people come out and vote for Joe Bien at 2am"

Gee, both Wisconsin and Minnesota have mail-in voting, totally makes sense to wake up grandpa and grandma after midnight to slog outside and down to the polls en masse. When's the last time a FB ad compelled you to action?

Judge unseals procedural documents related to Mar-a-Lago search
From CNN's Katelyn Polantz and Hannah Rabinowitz
https://www.cnn.com/politics/live-news/mar-a-lago-fbi-search-warrant-hearing/index.html

US Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart on Thursday released several procedural court documents related to the FBI’s search of former President Donald Trump’s Florida home of Mar-a-Lago.

The newly released filings provide more specificity on the potential offenses being investigated by the Justice Department — describing the offenses as the “willful retention of national defense information” as well as the “concealment or removal of government records” and “obstruction of federal investigation.”

In the filings, prosecutors also argued that the search warrant paperwork before the Mar-a-Lago search last Monday needed to be keep secret, "because the integrity of the ongoing investigation might be compromised, and evidence might be destroyed."

The filings include the Department of Justice's motion to seal the warrant documents, the order granting that sealing request and the criminal cover sheet.

The cover sheet also specifies that the Justice Department applied to search Mar-a-Lago, believing they could find both evidence of these crimes and get back illegally possessed items.

Note: This is not the search warrant affidavit, which would include more details. The judge plans to hear more from the Justice Department by next week about how extensively investigators want to keep confidential the document that describes their investigative steps and methods leading to the need for the search.
