Those emails were SENT to Clinton and none were marked as classified at the time - plus Hillary gave all the emails for FBI to review - and the 'deleted' ones were recovered as well. She didn't just take whatever she wanted from her office and kept her at home without telling anyone about it.

Idiot, when you work for the government, the emails that you send as part of your official duties are owned by that agency. This is not even up for debate.

Second, we all know the secret tarmac meeting with Bill the day before Comey's big declaration. Only an idiot would think that decision was on the up and up.
