then you also sholdn;t refer to CHRISTIANS in the same way either ...only Catholics follow the pope but there are many diferent christian based religions...good point.

There is NO self interest in israel....they do NOTHING for the US...If anything, we should be freids with the ARAB states...they have OIL...Isreal has given NOTHING to US interests, yet accounts for the largest foreign aid package of any country....All we have to show for our "loyalty' to Israel is 9-11 and other terror related events.....please don't tell me this is not related to Judeo-christian roots

That kind of thing happened to my brother after he took up meditation. He would be walking and a bird would land on his shoulder or things like that. I don't know what his diet was. I eat meat but I have found that I can deal with a chronic barking dog by talking very respectfully to it and telling it that I know it has noble character and just acts out of that and that I respect that. If I have previously abused the dog by trying to get it to stop barking at me by threatening or kicking dirt at it or whatever then nothing is going to work. It seems to be 99% effective over a 15 year period. They go by individuals, I have talked to one dog and it quit barking at me but I had to talk to it again to get it to stop barking at my wife.

People think this works because I'm an Indian but basically it seems to be available to everybody. There are seminars on how to do it also, don't waste time on that, just do it until it works. I have never had a wild animal approach me at all however, that would be too cool, I think they sense that I grew up hunting them.

damir there was once no such thing, there probably should be no such thing but everyone seems to accept the term Judeo Christian. When we are looking at laws that sprang from the 10 commandments it does not seem fair to leave the Judeo part out. I went back to Judeo Christian because I started my contribution to the thread out that way and it was incoherent to leave it out. I will search for a new term for future convesations but it will not be easy got any ideas.
