Many books for sale

I needed room on my bookshelves and had to thin out my trading related books. I've kept only a few and gave perhaps 100 to a close family member to sell. The profits for book sales are used to run a blind cat sanctuary as a non-profit. There are some great books available.

Ps-- then i read about the "magoo room" and its "residents".

And i quote. "Our residents are blind, deaf, brain damaged, geriatric, or a combination of these". Hmmmmmmm is this irony??

Probably not best to use the plight of those cats to make a stab at the follies of traders, Surf. Have some respect. At least it's not going into to funding some new BMW or other nonsense.

I refrain from disparaging others, but in your case I will make an exception.

You are a hypocrite. Had this been your thread you would have replied with "What's with the Gonzo Hate Vibe, moderators ban this multi alias troll".

Nursebee isn't posting some self promoting rubbish to draw attention to him/herself, obtain likes or additional readers. He/she merely stated the profits from book sales are going to charity, in this cast a Feline Charity. The Amazon link lists the books and the comments section shows 5 star satisfied customers.

Get over yourself, and show some respect for others, especially those who try to help those less fortunate then ourselves, regardless if human or animal.

A more appropriate response would be a small donation or to just STFU.

This beating up of people trying to sell something in Classifieds is getting silly. Buy or shut up, nobody really cares what detractors think of the offer.
