Manipulation again

The SEC appears to be a hostage of this situation unable to do anything to protect investors from these manipulators.

of course it is to some degree but show me a market that isn't?
its to everyones interest to have a positive market from the houses to govt.

if you think the sec is going to do something,good luck.even if one of the lower level guys can find something there is no way the high level boys are going to let it out. who wants to ruin their career after the sec
