Can anyone post a link - I looking for the avg. price per sq. ft. of COMMERCIAL real estate in Manhattan (preferably from '00 to '07)??
 
I looked around, probably cushman & wakefield (or a back issue of commercial property news, or nys comptroller report) has the data but I can't find any. good luck.

Was looking over the weekend and today again - but haven't found anything :confused:

I'll call a couple guys I know at Grubb and Ellis - see if they know anything.
