Mandatory gun insurance?

Now we're getting to the nuts and bolts of it. Let's find a way to tax it. Typical of an overly oppresive government. So of you're unable to afford the insurance, then you basicly lose your right to defend yourself? No doubt the criminals with their illegal weapons will be insuring them just in case they kill someone.
This shouldn't suprise anyone. When you have a government that wants to regulate how much f'n pop you drink, this isn't even a stretch of the imagination.

All you self proclaimed moderates/centrists who own firearms but think it's OK to keep adding restriction after restriction better wake the fuck up.

The goal of MANY in our government IS eventually to take your guns.

For example, gun owners who have no criminal record or history of mental illness, take safety courses, own fewer weapons, and store them securely would have lower rates than, say, an ex-convict with an arsenal of assault rifles and a record of domestic abuse.

Just another attmept to raise the cost of gun ownership.

The democrats screamed we were waging a war on women when we objected to being forced to pay for Sandra Fluke's birth control.

So by their own logic, they are waging a war on gun owners.

We are so used to busybody liberals telling us how to do everything from flush a toilet to raise our kids we don't even notice.

When they outlaw a type of gun in the future, they can find out from the insurance co who they need to pay a visit to. Only the good guys, though, as previously stated.

Agreed regarding the need for insurance. With DHS hogging up all the ammo so we can't get any makes it a mute point.
