Well he thought it was Manchin?What's not getting any press is last week Biden came out after a meeting with Manchin and said something to the effect that the Senator was on board with the deal.
Maybe he got confused.
Trump will give him a pass now.
It takes balls to ignore a phone call from the President of the United States.
Biden, who learned of Manchin's plans only minutes before the TV appearance, tried quickly to get the senator on the phone. But his attempts were unsuccessful.
But Manchin voted twice to impeach Trump,multiple times to save Obamacare and votes with Dems like 90% of the time.That's not what the people of WVA want.
Maybe he’s repented and turned from his evil ways?
I think Manchin has stated his position, problem for Dem’s they can’t cut the bill to meet Manchin and appease the Progressives. He hasn’t misled anyone
In other news, employees at the Wilmington, Delaware Pizza Hut on S. Main St. are still scratching their heads at several mystery calls that came in Sunday morning demanding to speak with "that jerk".

Or poor Joe Biden took one of his power naps and woke up from his dream of an agreement with Senator Joe Manchin. Nobody can take Joe Biden seriously these days.
Biden needed a win before the end of the year but he got hammered instead and it put the level of infighting and vitriol and self loathing within the dem party through the roof which is unhelpful for all sorts of reasons.
Not sure who your post is responding to, but in my case I have said several times over that offers will continue to come Manchins way and he will want to find some bone of agreement to toss at them as well so that he does not just end out being treated like a pariah. So don't bother to try to get savant-y and prescient with us if there are further rounds ahead. I have already covered the MORE TO COME category.
In the meantime though, there is a major clean-up needed on aisle 6 of the Capitol Hill Supermarket. This is a full train wreck.
