What Hillary did is much worse. The counterfeit product purchased was used as evidence to illegally spy on the rival campaign. That's pretty fucked up.

Just to settle this, willful violations of campaign finance laws are in fact a crime and are prosecutable.

Where this goes is more on Trump’s plate than Cohen’s at this point but it obvious the payments made were willful and gross violations.
