But Russian collusion is the standard. It's Item #1 in the Office of the Deputy Attorney General Order No. 3915-2017, dated May 17, 2017 and signed by Rod Rosenstein - that's Mueller's charter for doing business.

Again, where is the government alleging that President Trump colluded with the Russians?

First, how they colluded and how much they colluded comes out during the trial when the EVIDENCE is made public, it's mentioned in the motion the number of evidences they have for the trial. The count of 1000+ was the point of linking to the motion.

Second, the investigation was about Trump AND his campaign colluding with Russian - Manafort was the chief campaign manager who along with Trump and his son were caught colluding with a Russian government lawyer already.
