Not really. It won’t end there - if the Left doesn’t like the outcome at the ballot box they will viscously disrespect and malign the voters and will set out to destroy the voters choice of representative through a malicious coup of vitriol and hate. We are seeing that now in real time.

We are cognizant of the difficulty of serving subpoenas on Russian citizens domiciled in Russia. I think perhaps I heard there was a report in the Times, my facts on this are hazy, of a Russian operative or Russian related operative being picked up at a U.S. airport the other day. That could be an important development. We don't know about the bulk of Mueller's information, but I'm guessing that he's looking for connections between the 'Troll Farm', which will be neigh on impossible to prosecute, and the Trump campaign. This probably led to discovery of manaforts tax evasion and money Laundering. They must have had very strong evidence to get a Judge to authorize that extensive raid of Cohen's office, hotel, home and safe deposit box. The FBI turned the Cohen thing over to the New York U.S. Attorney. And it is assumed that was because what they were looking for had little or nothing to do with the Russian Troll investigation. But there may have been another reason, mainly to conceal from everyone, perhaps even including the Judge, what they are really looking for. Mueller is super cautious about not tipping his hand. I think the stormy business is just a convenient distraction. I think what they are really looking for is a money trail from the campaign to Russia. (I realize I am starting to sound like jem now with his conspiracy theories. But that's honestly what I think they are looking for.) I think they want to know where all that money went that Cohen raised early in the campaign. I doubt it was just to pay off Trumps Tricks. It might have been. But what was Cohen doing in Germany and did he go to Prague? There would be no passport trail to follow from Germany to Prague. Let's stay tuned. (Cohen's wife is Ukrainian.)

I'm personally not seeing any political bias left or right to the vitriol and hate, but I could be blinded by my own personal bias. We are all fallible.

I respect that. I saw some of it when Obama got elected from the far right fringe (he’s not MY President!) and I felt ashamed for them. But what I’m seeing now is orders of magnitude worse. The left seems to be in a neurotic lather of hate over the Trump election. Just my own observations.

The best recent example of what I am referring to would be the impeachment of Bill Clinton. The ringleader in the House, Henry Hyde, ended up looking like a fool. Ken Starr even said later that the charge of perjury, while factual, rested on a basis that made bringing the charge questionable. Even though the American People strongly disapproved of Mr. Clinton's behavior, they were equally aghast at Mr. Starr's intrusion into the President's personal life. It would be the same with Mr. Trump. If charges are brought forward as the basis for impeachment, they had better rest on something more substantive than distasteful personal behavior.

Wrong in so many ways.

The DOJ gets to use/abuse its power by picking and choosing who it is going to use its prosecutorial power against and could very easily lock up lots and lost of people associated with either campaign depending on who it decides to go after or to give the HQ Special treatment.

Your high minded generic statement about the people getting to decide at the ballot box is disgusting and contrary to the founding principles of this country. They get to decide who they want as an elected official. That's all. Equal treatment under the law and freedom from political witch-hunting by abusive prosecutors are issues that the founders were quite concerned about, having been on the wrong end of it.

We have established many times over that you are not able to understand the issue.

First of all, yes, it is well established that russians were interfering- even before Trump was nominated but Obama suppressed it and did nothing about it. Even Hillary has stated her outrage over that. So why didnt he do anything about it? Well, he said that he thought things were still good for his girl so he left it alone and apparently Comey did too. Just another sign that everything was about politics in the justice department.

Second, there is plenty evidence of a campaign interfering with the election by working with the russians- even to the point of hiring foreign agents. That would be Hillary's campaign. So why didnt the FBI aggressively break that up? Oh, that's right. Because they were using the fruits of it to create a bogus basis for getting a FISA warrant to spy on Hillary's opponents, and the FBI had even cut a check to fund further dossier/foreign agents actions, although it was not issued to gps/fusion because it was exposed before that happen.

Third, if there is this "mountain of evidence" that you refer to, then why are we focusing on Mannaforts income tax issues from ten years ago rather than prosecuting Trump for conspiracy to commit a crime with the Russians? Nevermind. We know the answer. They are still looking for a crime.

Witch-hunt much?
