later today I will also post some of my algo RULES. basic ideas that IMO traders should benefit from weather mouse click or machine
 
i read periodically and try to clean ideas or tweak but i confess that i started this because I am tried of places that sucker traders with concepts that dont work. will be fun and and i will highlight ideas that i am thinking about working with based on traders thoughts

I like this thread but the margin difference between forex and futures can make a difference in the results. How many contracts can you have open at once with a 25K demo at IB?

I am ok to expand margins for non Fx.. I am in Canada where IB has FX and they are roughly $3000/ 100k lot. I run up to 6 positions (so i only have 6 Max) but have no issue with some one wanting more .. i.e ES margins are roughly 5k so on a 6 lot notional margin = 30-33k . it all about processes

It looks like there are no discretionary traders left, so there is no one to take on your challenge. How about a different one: machine against the machine? I'll take you on this one.
