Larry is one of the billionaires that live it up in style. I read all the money he's spending are loans from the banks against his stocks.

So all of his wealth is tied to oracle stock - so if oracle tanks there goes his money. He was number 2 for the richest man back in 1999.

what the hell is wrong with you guys? Being someone who actually knows his son and grandson personally I can say that buffett lives the way he does because he truly wants to live that way. He enjoys making the money not spending the money. Its just a big game to him (a game that he is really good at). By the way that big jet someone said he flies around in was sold a long time ago because Charlie Munger said it didn't make financial sense for them to have one.
