Here is a newsflash too all of these morons who seem to be to stupid to get it, If you dont resist arrest police will not be forced to use force, jesus christ im sick of this shit already, in every single one of these cases the person resists arrest, if these people could just follow that simple concept their lives would be so much easier.

Do they think the cop is going to change his mind, if they just resist enough? By the time a cop is at the point where he is arresting you, the only place you are going to change your outcome is in court, unless your a fast runner.

Man to Sue NYPD over Officer Hitting Him in Head with Nightstick

A New York man is planning to file a lawsuit against the NYPD over an incident two months ago when one officer confronted him for trying to beat the subway fare and ended up whacking him in the head with a nightstick.

If you haven’t seen it yet, here’s video someone captured of the full confrontation between the officer and 20-year-old Donovan Lawson:


You can see right at the top that the officer hits Lawson hard twice, once in the head, after which point you can see blood on Lawson’s face. And according to The New York Daily News, Donovan is planning to file a three million-dollar lawsuit against the NYPD for excessive use of force by the officer.

Prosecutors are investigating the matter, and Lawson recently appeared in court, where he accepted a deal that the charges against him would be dismissed if he stays out of trouble for six months.

Yeah i was curious about that too, its not like cops just go up to people and start roughing them up for no reason. now this whole thing is going to cost us as tax payers millions of dollars to go to court, and inevitably end up paying this moron off.
