Was the customer such a dumb ass that he couldn't get a 2nd (or 3rd) napkin from the napkin dispenser? And they do have more than one of those. Why give patrons a bunch of napkins? Some people are slobs who don't use them. Others don't need a number of them.
Damn, I once ordered fries and didn't get ketchup. It's caused me great emotion duress. I should sue for pain & suffering.
This idiot is just some lazy asshole trying to turn this into a race issue. But if he wins then it sure beats working for a living.

Exactly! between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm everyday here in SC we see 98% of the commercials being sleazebag attorneys with their clients who say "I got $125K in my car accident" or some such crap. Then we have the disability lawyers who beg for clients.
And the other 2% are for Assurance Wireless who know plenty of people are sitting at home watching The Price Is Right or Jerry Springer and will call in a heartbeat to get their free phone.
