Man sues McDonalds for $1.5 million because he only got 1 napkin

A-holes Lawyers are destroying America, in 10 years all human interaction is going to be a liability a risk, this lawyers exploit every legal hole in our lives.
 
Don't blame lawyers, they're only one part of the equation. Any US court should dismiss non-sense cases like these without even giving them a day in court.

If US courts were more disciplined in throwing out bogus cases then greedy lawyers would stop taking them, because their incentive for profits is eroded.

McDonalds's offer of free burgers as an "apology" to that guy might be interpreted as an implicit admission of guilt. :eek: :D
 
You have to wonder about the lawyer willing to take the case...

I haven't met a lawyer yet who'd be willing to take a case like this or was interested in doing the work.

Maybe I'm consulting the wrong (perhaps appropriately lazy) lawyers...

I DO blame lawyers but you're right. There is more to it.

The Court IS a lawyer.
 
To sue is our way of life. I hope that the customer gets his $1.5m. It will make MCD think twice before only serving 1 napkin.

I was in KFC today. They only gave me one napkin. I think they did it cos I was with a hot girl.
