Yes. However the "CAN" sounds too indefinite. CO2 in the lower atmosphere DOES cause warming due to the physical properties of it.

Now, that warming can be negated by such things as lowered solar energy or high altitude aerosols, but otherwise yes, it causes warming and yes it's levels have increased dramatically.

I should be clear that - as I've stated previously - I cannot concur with your statement that it is an undeniable fact that humans cause warming. I've also said in the past that I believe there has to be some impact from billions of people living on this planet - most likely that impact is negative in some fashion. To what degree is open for debate. However, I will state that in terms of resource depletion, our time here is finite and we are reaching closer to the terminal point every day.

Well then I would suggest that your logic is lacking.

These things are undeniable: CO2 is an important greenhouse gas the levels of which largely control the planet's temperature (planet meaning oceans, land and air). We have raised it's concentration by 40%.

Given those two facts one would very hard pressed to show how that could NOT cause warming.
