i had kind of a hard time sticking with things today. i kept on listening to this inner voice that kept on telling me to get out and take the money i made and don't worry about the system. so i would get out and a little bit later i felt guilty and got back in and i did that several times. just proves im not a professional trader as far
as my psychology.
but on a positive side, i did win some today, my high mark is 31,899, i dropped all the way down to 24884 and am now at 29217 so im fighting my way back to my high mark. im really enjoying doing this.
my statement shows 19217 but remember i put 10,000 in another broker account that I should start using some tomorrow.

yesterdays statement shows a software charge of $375, and today shows a reversal of those charges. in other words they shouldn't have charged me.

Your faith in your system can come from your knowing how it got put together...

Did you design you system yourself? If not, how did your system come into existance? Just curious.

its all mine complimented by my computer skills, i was able to pick up easy language pretty easy. but my thesis is based on asking the question, "what consistently repeats itself". and i wrote code to that effect.
 
What is your average length of time in the trade? May I ask? Thanks Viv, Electric

both of my long and short algorithms have trades that are in a trade for 20 minutes and some for the whole day. like yesterday and today i had buy signals that exited after 20 some minutes and then i got more long signals that stayed in the whole day. thats the one i was having trouble with today. the long day buy.
 
i was testing out the new broker platform today and its ok. not as good as dormans. i did most of my trading on dormans platform. statement later this evening.
