This seems a lot of melodrama over nothing given that the offended posters were just having a laugh posting on here every day. Someone calls them out on the ruse and they quit the site?

There are two rules for the internet. You can't be thin skinned and you can't care what other people think about you. You just have to learn to roll with the punches and get a few jabs in yourself. If someone really bothers you, just put them on ignore.

I've been on a lot of different boards and the only time moderators step in is whenever attacks get personal or threats are made. It doesn't sound like either of those things happened based off Baron's post on page 1 of this thread.

Hopefully cooler heads will prevail and no one will end up leaving the forum.

So perhaps it is not surprising that I don't know who Mark Brown is, as I have not come across anything written about him in the financial press. Vendors aside, and for illustrative purposes, how many big name traders have publicly disclosed their trading strategies in full, replicable detail? (Not just for specific trades.)
