Gentlemen, all this fracas because of a girl? :)

There was a thread pointing out that her Post/Like ratio was through the roof like that means something. Yes, it meant she had a girl Avatar. To make the point I changed my Avatar to a female for a while.

But I digress. Nowadays I find more value on Reddit both in content and in trading prowess than here. And the memes on r/WSB are just hilariously funny. Just sayin'...

You must have missed his stuff on pyramiding. It’s a very useful refinement for a TP/SL trader.
 
They, the high volume bar is possible in FX futures simply on crossing a cash arb outside of the London/NY overlap. There is tremendous volume in cash when 6E is doing nothing in volume outside the overlap hours. There will also be scenarios after London closes that the 6E will be printing very little volume and then a cash arb will present a 6E volume spike with no movement in price.

Not the place for discussions on volume so I will leave it there.

And whoever stated it is right... this place would be forexfactory if you guys had your way. A discussion of bucket shops and 400x leverage. Worthless.
 
Funny how the tone softens when a guy posts a $2MM futures run. As if everyone trades their passbook savings and 401K. The primary account was 5x that size and also at REFCO but in eq vol. The fund was not set-up to trade eq-vol electronically so for months I had to call the posts with each trade. Yeah, REFCO cleared equities as well.

Met a guy on vacation that trades 300MM in leveraged loans. You’d self-immolate if the guy posted it here. A lousy $2MM and they act as if they saw a ghost.

That’s the nature of market’s.

It’s only an argument that the foolish would pursue when they are not braying.
