Nice but rent, don't buy. Just how often would you use it, specially with friends? Not to mention that is like a 12 hours flight from NYC. This is in my backyard, only 3 hours drive:

Same price range, and you can actually live there, not in the middle of the ocean thingy.

I thought the same thing. But nevermind the hurricanes, the land will be under water in 7 years:

That is a lots of money down the drain for spending there a few weeks a year. The good thing is, you don't need a jacuzzi:

Also with sea level rising that property will be underwater in 50 years. Maldives is the most vulnerable place for this threat.
