Making your trading office more inspiring....

With any photos or prints, I'd like to capture the emotional essence of Wall Street, whether fear or greed, panic or euphoria.

Give me an email address, and I will send you a .jpg of me trading.

That was a good one!!! LOL

Keep lots of carbon paper around. I think that's what used to give brokerage offices and trading floors their distinctive "smell" (like a combination of ink and whiteout).

But there may be other explanations...

Good idea. But we also need an old stock ticker.

Does anyone know if there is a "wall clock" that shows the times in say Singapore, Honk Kong, Autralia, London, and Chicago/NY?

I don't want seperate clocks, and I know I can do it on my computer.

Thanks,

nitro

Time to liven up a rather dull home trading office.

I'm in the process of getting the Crash of '29 original New York Times cover framed, as well as '87, '98 and April 2000. An interesting side by side comparision of crashes. I've also got a few famous magazine covers.

Famous photos and prints are next. Vintage books are another goal. Vintage ticker tape machines are pretty pricey though.

Do you guys collect any vintage Wall Street memorabilia? What other things are out there?

I have a samurai sword mounted above my monitors.

Nitro, I don't have a link, but, check marine stores. Sailors have these kind of clocks hanging on their bulkheads, with the correct time for each port they expect to visit.

I've seen them at Capt. Nautical's store.
