I remember traveling to central america in the early 90s. and thinking that it was great that our politicians were guided by the rule of law and were far less corrupt.

I am not sure if I was wrong then and just unaware. But, I know its no longer the case.

So in this case A=B and if Hillary Clinton is elected we will know A greater than B. Sadly.
